January 16, 2003: Lee J. Roy, Director of the NASCAR Busch North Series adds Patrick Smith to his team of officials. Patrick is very excited about the opportunity to work for NASCAR and such a great group of dedicated professionals.

January 1, 2003: Just added 17 new photo's to the PHOTO Page.
